Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children with ADHD: 1. Age between 6 and 12 years old; 2. Diagnosis of ADHD certified by a clinical physician; 3. Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices test score at or above the average level (standard score > 25); 4. Right-handed. Inclusion criteria for typically developing (TD) children: 1. Age between 6 and 13 years old; 2. Raven's Progressive Matrices intelligence test score at or above average level (standard score > 25); 3. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children with ADHD: 1. History of brain injury; 2. Epilepsy, intellectual disabilities, communication disorders, autism spectrum disorders; 3. Individuals with contraindications for physical exercise; 4. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form or are unable to complete the testing. Exclusion criteria for typically developing (TD) children: 1. History of brain injury; 2. Neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, Dyslexia, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Specific Language Impairment; 3. Inability to provide informed consent or complete the tests.
