Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years old, male or female; 2.ASA Grade 1 to 2 3.Sign an informed consent form with the patient or his or her family

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients allergic to narcotic drugs 2.Patients with severe diseases of liver, kidney, lung and other organs 3.Patients with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction 4.Patients with unqualified breath sampling 5.Patients unable to fully understand the informed consent form, unable to sign the informed consent
