Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60-75 years; (2) no regular physical exercise within half a year (regular exercise standard: exercise frequency = 3 times per week, each time = 20 minutes); (3) no regular or high intensity practice of meditation or similar exercises (yoga, pranayama, Alexander Technique, etc.) : regular practice defined as more than one day per week for more than six consecutive months in the last 10 years , more than five consecutive days of meditation practice in the last 10 years , more than 25 days of meditation regular practice in the last 10 years in aggregate; (4) right-handed; (5) subjects agree to participate in the study by signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The score of Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15) =9; (2) those suffering from uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg) and diabetes (fasting glycated haemoglobin > 8%) ; (3) history of stroke, traumatic brain injury, or severe malignancy, organ failure, musculoskeletal disorders and other sports contraindications ; (4) patients with claustrophobia or other MRI contraindications such as metal implants; (5) history of alcohol and psychotropic drug abuse; (6) history of psychiatric disorders, such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc; (7) severe aphasia, visual and hearing impairment, illiteracy and others who cannot cooperate with the test; (8) participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
