Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ·Patients scheduled for elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia; ·Aged 18-80 years; ·American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifications I–III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: · Inability to consent to this study; · Inability to communicate; · Patients with contraindications to regional block; · Patients with contraindications to drugs used in this study; · Pre-existing neuromuscular deficits in lower extremities; · Inability to straighten and bring the knee joints together; · Previous ipsilateral major knee surgery; · Chronic opioid use; · Hepatic or renal failure; · Weight 40kg/m^2; · Pregnancy.
