18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed hypertensive patients; ? Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; ? Receive some antihypertensive treatment with Azilsartan and/or Valsartan. ? Cardiac function was normal at baseline (when receiving Azilsartan and/or Valsartan for the first time) (NT proBNP<300pg/ml); Within Grade II renal function (eGFR = 60ml/min/1.73m2); ? Volunteer to participate in the follow-up of this study and have the ability to understand and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Atrial fibrillation; ? Concomitant primary kidney disease; ? Patients with malignant tumors or other diseases that may lead to a life expectancy of less than 1 year; ? Other diseases or comorbidities that, based on the judgment of the researcher, may affect the participation in the trial or put patients at risk; ? Plan to undergo major surgery during the treatment period; ? Excessive drinking or drug abuse; ? Participants in clinical trials of other drugs or devices;
