Normal population

Interventions

Alfentanil group:Anesthesia was induced by Afentanil 10ug/kg iv, followed by propofol 3mg/kg iv.
Fentanyl group:Anesthesia induction was administered with 1.5ug/kg iv of fentanyl, followed by 3mg/kg iv of propofol.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maxillary supernumerary teeth extraction; 2. Surgery expected to last less than 30 minutes; 3.aged 5-12 years old; 4. Signed informed consent; 5.ASA grade 1 or 2; 6. Liver and kidney function were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children or their parents refuse to participate; 2.allergic to local anesthetics and other drugs used; 3. The child has contraindications to related drugs; 4. Upper respiratory tract infection; 5, liver and kidney dysfunction.
