Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male patients selected for elective thoracoscopic lobectomy at Shengjing Hospital, China Medical University; 2. age 40-65 years; 3. voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of irritable bowel syndrome, neurological disorders, diabetes or psychiatric disorders; 2. presence of chronic pain disorders; 3. recent ( 35); 6. use of analgesics or other medications (e.g. antibiotics).
