Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AN group 1. Subjects havent noise exposure history, no otology family history, and no chronic history; The auricle of subjects was health. In addition, the external auditory canal was unobstructed, and the tympanic membrane was intact by electric otoscopy. 2.Pure tone audiometry was performed in the range of 250-4000 Hz with an average hearing threshold =80 dB HL. The clinicians were diagnosed as auditory neuropathy according to the diagnostic criteria of auditory neuropathy, such as acoustic immittance, distortion otoacoustic emission, cochlear microphonic potential, speech perception score, auditory brainstem evoked potential, head CT and inner ear MRI. Normal hearing group: 1. No history of ear diseases, no discomfort in the ear before the experiment; No history of noise exposure, no family history of otology, no history of chronic diseases; The auricle is normal, and the external auditory canal is unobstructed and the tympanic membrane is intact through electric otoscopy examination; 2. The self-reported hearing is normal, the pure tone audiometry is within the range of 250~4000Hz and each Octave band, and the air conduction hearing threshold is = 20dB HL; The tympanogram of the acoustic impedance test is all A-type; Both the same and opposite sides can elicit sound reflections.
