Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients after fracture surgery and arthroplasty; Deep vein thrombosis Caprini score>3; Has not taken any medication that affects hemodynamics in the past six months; The patient and their family members are both aware of the study and sign a consent form; Able to complete questionnaire surveys independently or with the help of nurses; Clear consciousness, normal speech expression, and no mental system disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with mental illness or intellectual disability who are unable to cooperate with the research; Deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound of lower limbs before operation; People with Visual impairment and hearing impairment
