Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Inclusion criteria for the exposure group: (1) 18 years = age = 40 years: according to the 2018 International PCOS Guidelines , PCOS is not diagnosed younger than 18 years; (2) Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria for Western medicine, diagnostic criteria for Chinese medicine evidence, and diagnostic criteria for insulin resistance; (3) Not using any medication that may affect the level of sex hormones and glucose metabolism in the last 3 months and not participating in other clinical trials; (4) No requirement for childbirth in the last 3 months; (5) Accept the study protocol, actively cooperate with the completion of the treatment and follow-up consultation related to this study, complete the clinical observation of each index and sign the consent form. Note: Those who meet the above 5 criteria at the same time will be included in this study. 2 Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) 18 years old = age = 40 years old, female; (2) Patients with regular previous menstruation, not suffering from organic pathology and endocrine diseases such as PCOS, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; (3) No mental disorders; (4) Not participating in other clinical trials; Note: Those who meet all 4 criteria above at the same time will be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Exclusion criteria for the exposed group: (1) Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, haematological and other medical disorders; (2) Patients with combined endocrine system diseases such as thyroid disease, Hyperprolactinemia, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome and organic diseases, or organic diseases of the reproductive organs such as uterine adenomyosis, pituitary tumours and uterine fibroids; (3) Patients with severe psycho-psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment or observation; (4) Patients who are allergic or allergic to the test drug. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded. 2 Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects (1) Smokers or alcoholics; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Those who have taken hormones, glucose and lipid regulating drugs or other endocrine-affecting drugs in the last month. Note: Anyone meeting any one of the above criteria should be excluded.
