Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Caregivers of newly diagnosed patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for multiple myeloma in the "Diagnostic and Efficacy Standards for Hematological Diseases" after bone marrow cytology, immunohistochemistry and genetic analysis and histochemical staining. ?Patients and caregivers are willing to complete all treatments without interrupting chemotherapy. ?Age = 18 years old. ?Primary school education level or above. ?Have a smart phone, daily use of wechat software habit. ?Have complete communication and comprehension skills. ?Voluntarily participate in this study under the principle of informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Those who have received or are receiving similar interventions in the past 3 months. ?Those who have been taking anxiolytic or depressant medication within the past 3 months or during the study. ?Those with a h.istory of cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness.
