Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with CD who were clearly diagnosed based on clinical, imaging, endoscopic, and postoperative pathology, and all patients included in the study diagnosed with the diagnostic criteria recommended by the Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018*Beijing). (2) Colonoscopy, intestinal ultrasound, and abdominal magnetic resonance were completed within 4 weeks. (3) The examination instruments used for all patients were consistent, and were scored by doctors specialising in endoscopy, ultrasound and imaging, respectively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age <18 years, inability to give informed consent, pregnancy, isolated disease of the upper gastrointestinal tract, severe obesity hampering IUS evaluation, ileocolonic anastomosis not recognised at IUS, and active gastroenteritis. If an impassable stricture is identified that prevents endoscopic evaluation of the terminal ileal mucosa, the case will be excluded from the study. (2) Cases that failed to complete all examinations within 4 weeks.
