Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: ASA II 2: 37-42 weeks gestation 3: single 4: Pregnancy 37-42 weeks 5: Dilated cervix 2-5cm 6: Natural initiation 7: Normal biological rhythm of rest and activity (usually wake up in the morning and sleep at night) 8: Epidural labor analgesia was requested

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Contraindications associated with neuronal axial labor analgesia 2: Pregnancy with hypertension 3: Gestational diabetes 4: Major known fetal abnormalities 5: BMI>35 kg/m2 6: Allergic or hypersensitive to ropivacaine or sufentanil 7: Patients who received opioids or sedatives 4 hours before epidural analgesia 8: Inability or refusal to give informed consent
