B group:20mg/kg caffeine citrate was administered 24-72 hours after birth
C group:Caffeine citrate was given 20mg/kg at 72 hours after birth

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Neonates with birth weight less than 1500g were transferred to the neonatal unit of our hospital within 12 hours after birth, parents signed informed consents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Metabolic disease, congenital heart disease, surgical disease
