Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All premature infants hospitalized in the neonatal department of our hospital and term infants without obvious brain damage (2) No obvious birth asphyxia, 5-minute Apgar score not less than 3 points (3) No genetic metabolic disease and severe Congenital heart defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with intracranial infection, obvious Intracranial hemorrhage revealed by cranial ultrasound, and congenital malformation and space occupying lesions of the skull found by routine MRI
