Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 1-5 years old. (2) Children who plan to undergo surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot (3) Invasive arterial blood pressure. (4) Obtain permission from parents or guardians (sign informed consent form)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative arrhythmia. (2) Obvious liver, kidney, or lung disease. (3) Hemodynamic instability. (4) The parents or the child's Legal guardian refused.
