Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients requiring unilateral initial TKA surgery (2) aged =18 years old (3) body mass index was 18~35 kg/m2 (4) the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level (5) the patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) there were more than moderate intraoperative knee malformations (pronation and flexion malformations) (2) surgical history of knee joint and surgical limb neuropathy (3) long-term opioid users (opioids were used daily or almost daily for more than 3 months) (4) language impairment and inability to perform pain numrical rating scale, (NRS) (5) Allergy to drug use and regional block contraindications
