Interventions

Experimental group (acupoint acupuncture needle mechanical pulling group):The inferior anterior recurrent tibial artery of Zusanli was needled under ultrasound and mechanical traction was performed

Control group (acupoint acupuncture needle without mechanical pulling group):The inferior anterior recurrent tibial artery of Zusanli was needled under ultrasound without mechanical traction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years; In line with diabetic foot level 0 diagnostic criteria; Patients who received basic treatment, did not receive alprostadil and other microcirculation improving drugs, and the treatment regimen did not change 1 month before the trial; Regular diet, not addicted to tobacco, wine, tea, coffee, sleep normal; No history of mental illness; Agree to accept this test and sign the informed consent.(YNMT)·

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet or stray into the inclusion criteria; (2) Patients who had received acupuncture treatment within 1 month before the test; (3) Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases and tumors; (4) Severe aphasia, or a history of mental illness such as dementia and claustrophobia, affecting communication and operators during the experiment; (5) Patients with hemophilia and other acupuncture contraindications.
