18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18~60 2. ASA classification I ~ II; 3. Glasgow score before operation: 13-15 points; 4. Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to the required narcotic drugs 2. Hypertension History 3. Renal and hepatic dysfunction 4. Myocardial infarction in the past 6 months 5. Congestive heart failure 6. A history of mental illness, drug and alcohol abuse; 7. Reoperation
