Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Ovarian cancer tissue and cancerous ascites 1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer; 2. Failure to undergo preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. The clinical medical records are complete; 4. All patients underwent postoperative follow-up. 2) Normal ovarian tissue and peritoneal fluid samples 1. Surgical treatment was performed for uterine fibroids or adenomyomas, and postoperative pathology confirmed benign uterine lesions with no abnormalities in the fallopian tubes or ovarian tissues 2. Women with a clear history and good health status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ovarian cancer tissue and cancerous ascites 1. Excluding the merger of other systemic malignancies; 2. Metastatic cancer (including primary double cancer) originating from tumors in other organs of the reproductive system other than external sources; 3. Patients with borderline tumors are excluded, and their malignant potential is uncertain; 4. Excluding initial treatment such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or endocrine therapy. 2) Normal ovarian tissue and peritoneal fluid samples 1. Excluding patients with hematological diseases, kidney disease, liver disease, or other malignant tumors, and those with a history of cancer; 2. Patients with borderline tumors are excluded, and their malignant potential is uncertain; 3. Special populations such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc. are excluded.
