55 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age > 55 years; (2) diagnosis of acute or subacute OVCFs from T5 to L4 based on evidence shown on preoperative radiography or CT, and MRI (performing within 2 weeks before surgery); and (3) severe back pain aligning with imaging tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)multi-level PKP in initial surgery; (2) previous spinal surgery; and (3) preoperative spinal tumor, infection, or deformity.
