Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The samples are sourced from the remaining samples of clinical testing, and the remaining sample size meets: = 1 mL of human serum samples; 2) Meet storage requirements, that is, samples must be stored at room temperature after collection and centrifuged within 12 hours after collection. Then store it in dark at -60 ? until analysis is conducted; 3) The sample source is an apparently healthy population who participated in a health examination and had no clinical complaints, with a body mass index within the range of 18~28kg/m2 (including critical values), and a body mass index (BMI)=weight (kg)/height 2 (m2).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The sample exhibits coagulation or hemolysis; 2) Incorrect collection or storage of samples; 3) The sample source is hypertension in the examinee; 4) Physical examination during pregnancy or lactation period; 5) The physical examiners from the sample source have obvious abnormal test results and have clinical significance (such as diabetes, hypoglycemia, obesity, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, hypercalcemia, hypocalcemia, thyroid dysfunction, hyperuricemia, gout, etc.); 6) The sample source is a person who has had a history of surgery within the past 6 months and has been hospitalized for treatment due to illness; 7) The researchers believe that subjects with other unsuitable factors for participating in this experiment.
