Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis or have been clinically diagnosed with KOA; (2) Kellgren-Lawrence (K&L) grade I-III according to standing knee X-ray; (3) Visual analogue scale (VAS) = 3 points (0-10); (4) 40 years old = age =80 years old, regardless of gender; (5) those who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed informed consent; (6) Promise not to receive other related treatment during the treatment period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having received physical therapy or in the past month; (2) meniscus injury or internal knee ligament tear in the past 6 months; (3) Gout, tumor, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis, trauma and operation history of knee; (4) dementia, psychosis, or drug abuse; (5) rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia or other systemic rheumatic immune diseases; (6) total knee arthroplasty or other major lower extremity surgery in the past 6 months or planned for the next 9 months; (7) Severe hearing or visual impairment; (8) suffering from other serious/terminal diseases; (9) Hospitalization due to cardiovascular disease in the past 6 months, history of unstable angina or ventricular tachycardia; (10) unstable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (11) inadequately controlled hypertension (diastolic blood pressure >110 mm/Hg or systolic blood pressure> 200 mm/Hg at baseline); (12) moderate to severe stroke; (13) have a history of three or more falls in the past 12 months; (14) Currently participating in another clinical intervention study.
