Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged <35<35 years who underwent IVF-ICSI cycles between June 2020 and December 2022 were included in the study. The patient parameters for age, stimulation protocol, and numbers of mature, immature, and total oocytes retrieved were comparable in among all three groups. Patients had at least two GV-stage oocytes, and the number of GV-stage oocytes did not exceed 50% of the cohort collected at the retrieval with similar size and status of cumulus cells.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cycles of involving endometriosis, hyporesponsiveness-responsiveness, and ovarian failure were excluded.
