Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for AP: First of all, meet the AP diagnostic criteria in the 2012 New Classification and Classification System for Acute pancreatitis in Atlanta, USA: a. Acute, sudden, persistent, intense upper abdominal pain that may radiate to the back; b. Serum amylase and/or lipase levels = 3 times the upper limit of the reference range; c. Enhanced CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with typical AP imaging changes (pancreatic edema or peripancreatic effusion); If two of the above three criteria are met, AP is diagnosed. (2) Serum TG level =1000 mg/dL (11.3 mmol/L); Or the serum TG level was 500~1000 mg/dl (5.65~11.3 mmol/L), but the serum was chylous; (3) The patients ranged in age from 18 to 75 years old, and the clinical data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, mental disease or cardiac function > Grade III, acute myocardial infarction, chronic kidney disease creatinine clearance < 40ml/min, COPD patients requiring long-term oxygen therapy, chronic liver disease and liver function Child-Pugh grade C, immune disease or immunosuppression, dying patients and other factors that have deviation risk of disease severity; (2) Patients with biliary and pancreatic system tumor; (3) AP caused by bile, alcohol and other causes; (4) incomplete data.
