Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to PCOS diagnostic standards; ? Age 18-40 years old; ? Infrequent menstruation (Menstrual cycle>35 days or less than 8 menstruations in the last 12 months) or amenorrhea (menopause time exceeds 90 days); ? The patient voluntarily participates in clinical trials and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cushing's syndrome, non classical congenital Adrenal cortex hyperplasia, ovarian or adrenal androgen secreting tumors, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, Thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia, premature ovarian insufficiency and other diseases may cause hyperandrogenism and abnormal ovulation. ? Those with severe organic diseases such as heart and lungs or systemic diseases; ? Individuals with concomitant mental illness or cognitive impairment; ? Those who have received relevant acupuncture treatment within the past month; ? Those who have not undergone menstruation in the past 6 months.
