Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Planned Natural childbirth primipara; 2) Sign the informed consent form related to this study; 3) Fetal head down position; 4) There is no risk of infection with mother to child infectious diseases; 5) No suspicion of fetal coagulation disorders; 6) Pregnancy age of 37 weeks and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women who require intravenous infusion of both upper limbs; 2) Mothers who cannot close both upper limbs; 3) Preoperative complications include special diseases such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, maternal hepatitis, or HIV infection; 4) Have a history of severe skin allergies, especially allergies to silicone or plastic; 5) Pregnant women who decide on Caesarean section upon admission; 6) Continuous paracetamol treatment for febrile postpartum women; 7) Non head down position; 8) Pregnancy less than 37 weeks; 9) Suspect fetal coagulation dysfunction.
