18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-70 years old. 2. Implants in the mandibular reconstruction area using either fibula or iliac crest graft have been inserted for 3 months. 3. Radiographs show the implant has good osseointegration, and the bone absorption around the implant is less than half of the implant length.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing to participate in the study. 2. Having Received radiation or chemotherapy, or being unable to complete follow-up treatment due to disease recurrence. 3. Having Received mechanical debridement or antibiotic treatment in the past three months. 4. Heavy smoker (more than 10 cigarettes per day). 5. Suffering from systemic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension, or upper respiratory tract infection. 6. Pregnancy or lactation.
