Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years of age or older. (2) Adult patients diagnosed with sepsis at the time of admission and developing AKI within 48 hours of admission. (3) Studies were included according to sepsis-3 criteria and KIDGO criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous kidney transplantation. (2) Stage IV-V of chronic kidney disease (3) Obstructive nephropathy. (4) Glomerular etiology AKI. (5) Patients with a hospital stay of < 48 h.
