40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women at 40 years or older; pelvic organ prolapse with POP-Q Stage III-IV; Plan to undergo robotic-assistant or laparoscopic pelvic floor reconstruction surgery; Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious contraindications to surgery; Contraindications to robotic surgical systems or laparoscopic sacral fixation; Refusal to participate in the study or difficulty in postoperative follow-up.
