18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General subjects: (1) Ultrasound diagnosis of pregnant women 6-12 weeks; (2) Aged 18-45 years; (3) Single pregnancy; (4) Local residents (resident for 1 year or more). 2. High-risk subjects: In addition to meeting the above conditions, including any of the following: (1) Fasting glucose 24 kg/m2; (4) History of gestational diabetes; (5) Family history of diabetes; (6) History of abnormal glucose tolerance; (7) History of polycystic ovary syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women have received infertility treatment such as in vitro fertilization, intra-uterine insemination or other assisted reproductive technology; 2. The presence of serious chronic diseases or infectious diseases (such as malignant tumors, tuberculosis, HIV); 3. Inability or refusal to answer questions during the survey; 4. It is impossible to ensure regular delivery and delivery in our hospital.
