Control group:0.5% ropivacaine (23 ml) + saline (2ml)
Perineural dexamethasone palmitate group:0.5% ropivacaine (23 ml) + perineural dexamethasone palmitate(2ml)
Intravenous group:0.5% ropivacaine (23 ml) + intravenous dexamethasone palmitate(2ml)

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II and planning for thoracoscopic lung resection at our institution; ? No clear surgical contraindications, cardiopulmonary function and other important organ functions were basically normal, and the operation could be tolerated; ? Sufficient doctor-patient communication, patients fully understand the condition, localization scheme and surgical risks, and clearly sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Allergy to the drug under study;? Abnormal coagulation;? Hepatic or renal dysfunction;? Known diabetes;? History of chronic pain;? Psychiatric history.
