18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children: (1) diagnosed with acute leukemia by clinical diagnostic criteria; (2) Children within 1 week after diagnosis and start chemotherapy. Caregivers: (1) relatives who undertake the main care tasks of the child; (2) Clear awareness, good reading comprehension and expression communication skills; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children: malignant diseases and chronic diseases of other systems. Caregivers: (1) have a history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment and cannot cooperate with the investigation; (2) participate in other research. (3) are unable to complete this study
