Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 80; (2) According to the Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018. Beijing), patients diagnosed with UC or CD were included in the inflammatory bowel disease group regardless of whether they were in remission or active. (3) Agree to participate in the experiment and sign the experiment notice. The inclusion criteria of healthy control group were gastroenteroscopy and imaging examination, indicating no inflammatory bowel disease and other organic diseases, no malignant tumor or infectious disease history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy, lactation or possibility of pregnancy; (2) There is a confirmed congenital disease; (3) Have a history of mental illness; (4) Symptoms of acute disease occurred 2 weeks before enrollment; (5) History of infection; (6) Severe COPD; (7) Unstable diabetes mellitus, (8) Patients with other malignant tumors.
