Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing Elective surgery 2. Surgical patients undergoing knee Joint replacement under general anesthesia 3. Age 65 and above 4. Patients with family accompanying conditions 5. Accepted this study and signed with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases or coagulation disorders before surgery; 2. Preoperative presence of infected individuals; 3. Those who are unable to cooperate in completing this study; 4. Individuals with mental disorders or language communication difficulties who cannot cooperate with this treatment (such as deaf mute patients, those who cannot correctly understand pain and comfort scores) 5. Currently taking anti anxiety drugs
