Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 16 years old or above; Men who had oral and/or anal sex with men in the 6 months prior to the survey; Volunteer to participate in this survey, be able to fully understand the informed consent process, agree to accept the questionnaire survey and keep urine, oropharyngeal swab and rectal swab samples. Part 2: 16 years old or above; Young students or men who have had oral and/or anal sex with men in the 6 months prior to the survey; be able to fully understand the informed consent process. Part 3: 16 years old or above; Young students or men who have had oral and/or anal sex with men in the 6 months prior to the survey; be able to fully understand the informed consent process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of antibiotic use within 1 month before enrollment
