Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) persistent symptomatic shoulder pain with small-to-medium full-thickness rotator cuff tear after conservative treatment at least for 6 months. (2) All patients were eligible for surgical treatment, ASA grade I ~ ?. (3) Patients ranged in age from 18 to 80 years old. (4) Know the research content and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) massive rotator cuff tear, (2) patients who had hypersensitivity reactions to local anesthetics, a history of drug abuse or lung-related disease or dysfunction, (3) patients who had a history of fracture around the shoulder, (4) patients who were evaluated an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status above III, (5) Severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction and mental abnormalities,(6) BMI>28kg/m2,(7) patients who refused to participate this study, (8) Mental illness, difficulty understanding, hearing impairment and inability to communicate.
