Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of AIDS in AIDS phase in China Guidelines for AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment (2021 Edition); 2) Age above 18 (inclusive); 3) It is planned to start antiviral treatment without antiviral treatment and evaluated by researchers; 4) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and can complete all the follow-up contents according to the requirements of the scheme and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The ART scheme to be launched does not belong to the two schemes included in this study. 2) Participating in other interventional clinical studies;
