Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy group Inclusion Criteria: No evidence of viral hepatitis and cirrhosis of chronic liver disease. That is, adults aged 18-80 years without hepatitis virus infection on immunization tests, no images of chronic liver disease and cirrhosis on imaging tests, and no tumors in other sites, and no other metabolic diseases. 2. chronic hepatitis B group Inclusion Criteria: There is evidence of hepatitis B virus infection, but no chronic liver disease cirrhosis. That is, adults aged 18 to 80 years with immunization showing hepatitis virus infection and imaging without images of chronic liver disease and cirrhosis without tumors elsewhere and other metabolic disorders. 3. Hepatitis B cirrhosis group Inclusion Criteria: Adults aged 18 to 80 years diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B virus cirrhosis but without primary hepatocellular carcinoma, no tumors at other sites, and no other metabolic disease. 4. Hepatitis B cirrhosis liver cancer group Inclusion Criteria: Adults aged 18 to 80 years diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B virus cirrhosis complicated by primary hepatocellular carcinoma and no tumors elsewhere and no other metabolic diseases. 5. Hepatitis B cancer group Inclusion Criteria: Adults aged 18 to 80 years diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B virus infection complicated by primary hepatocellular carcinoma, but not accompanied by cirrhosis and no tumors of other sites, and no other metabolic diseases.
