Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: first IS (based on cranial CT, MRI and diagnostic experience by the attending physician) and admission to hospital within 24 hours of onset; Have word recognition ability, can understand the survey content; There was no allergy to cilostazole and no antiplatelet therapy contraindications in patients intending to take cilostazole. No operation was planned during follow-up. No psychiatric treatment or antidepressant or anticoagulant medication within 4 weeks prior to admission; The female patient was not pregnant or nursing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with a history of severe inflammation such as malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases or blood-borne infectious diseases; Patients with mental disorders such as schizophrenia and depression within 6 months; ischemic attack (TIA), cerebral hemorrhage (cerebral hemorrhage) and subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) from patients. Unable to complete the examination due to impaired eyesight, hearing, speech, consciousness or poor general condition
