18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old 2.Ureteral stone size =25mm 3.Patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsy preferred 4.Patients were finally treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy or percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ureteral calculi combined with ipsilateral renal calculi 2. Other ureteral diseases (such as ureteropelvic junction obstruction, ureteral stricture, duplication of ureter, etc.) 3. Patients with kidney malformation (duplication of kidney, ectopic kidney, horseshoe kidney, etc.) 4. Patients with serious heart, lung and brain diseases 5. Patients with severe coagulopathy 6. Patients with pregnancy 7. Spinal deformity
