Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA?~?,Elective surgery for cervical spondylosis or atlantoaxial dislocation; Age>18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease caused by infection, tumors, or tuberculosis; anemia (hemoglobin<9g/dL); secondary hypertension; severe heart disease; severe lung diseases; liver and kidney dysfunction; allergic history of narcotic; history of cervical spine surgery; expected blood loss exceeding 800mL; patient reject
