Interventions

Micro monovision group:patients with both eyes implanted with Symfony IOL were divided into Micro monovision group (difference of spherical equivalent refraction of both eyes was between -0.5D and -1.
Non-micro monovision group:patients with both eyes implanted with Symfony IOL were divided into Micro monovision group (difference of spherical equivalent refraction of both eyes was <0.5D)
Mixed group:Patients implanted with Symfony IOL in the dominant eye and a bifocal IOL in the nondominant eye

38 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients(= 18 years old) who were scheduled for phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation our hospital and do not want to wear glasses after surgery. Patients who can cooperate with postoperative follow-up and voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological high myopia; Corneal astigmatism>1 D; Keratoconus; A history of eye surgery, such as refractive surgery, that may affect the calculation of IOL power or postoperative vision; Glaucoma; Uveitis; Fundus diseases such as proliferative Diabetic retinopathy and age-related Macular degeneration; Patients with optic neuropathy or other conditions that affect visual quality, poor overall condition, or other reasons that cannot complete the follow-up plan as required.
