Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 2. BMI = 24 kg/m2; 3. Patients with prediabetes who meet one of the following three conditions: ? 5.7%=HbA1c=6.4%; ? 6.1 mmol/L= FPG <7.0 mmol/L; ? 7.8 mmol/L=OGTT 2h <11.1 mmol/L; 4. Stable weight change (increase or decrease = 4kg) within 3 months before the start of the experiment; 5. Agree to participate in the trial and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary obesity caused by drugs or neuro-endocrine-metabolic disorders (such as thalamopathy, hypopituitarism, etc.); 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for T1DM or T2DM; 3. Taking medications that may affect test results (blood glucose or weight); 4. Hamilton Depression Scale 17 (HAMD-17) score >18; 5. There are serious ulcers, abscesses and skin infections at the acupuncture site; 6. Severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency, hematopoietic system disease or other serious diseases; 7. Participated in other clinical trials and studies within the past 1 month; 8. Pregnant and lactating patients.
