Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Self-perceived continuous cognitive decline compared with the previous normal state, and is not related to acute events; 2) After adjustment for age, gender, and years of education, the standard cognitive test is normal, or the diagnostic criteria for MCI are not met. 3) Selected candidates can sign the informed consent form themselves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age 85 years old; 2) Patients with vascular dementia or other organic brain diseases; 3) Modified Hachinski Ischemia Scale score > 4; 4) Those with blindness, deafness, severe speech disorders, etc. who cannot cooperate with cognitive function examination; 5) Those who have a history of drug or alcohol dependence and other substances within the past 6 months; 6) Participating in other cognitive-related clinical studies.
