Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients were treated with the traditional core decompression, core decompression with alendronate, core decompression with bone grafting, non-vascularized allogeneic fibula with core decompression and bone grafting, percutaneous femoral neck-head fenestration with bone grafting via DAA technique and percutaneous femoral neck-head fenestration with bone grafting, (2) patients were classified at the Association Research Circulation Osseous (ARCO) II stage, which was performed on perioperative radiographs and MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study exclusion criteria are as follows: traumatic ONFH, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, developmental dysplasia of the hip, and immune disease.
