Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Singleton healthy full-term normal births. (2) The mother or infant is in good health. (3) Local permanent residents and family members with no communication barriers. (4) Voluntary compliance and cooperation with the questionnaire and follow-up sampling and follow-up requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Assisted reproduction. (2) Twins and above. (3) The mother has a chronic/infectious/major disease of her own, or hypertension, diabetes, etc. during pregnancy. (4) Mother has received antibiotics for more than 7 days during the perinatal period or lactation, or the infant has received antibiotics for more than 7 days after birth. (5) The mother is taking probiotic/prebiotic dietary supplements for a long time during the perinatal period or lactation, or the infant is taking probiotic/prebiotic dietary supplements for a long time after birth. (6) The mother or infant is participating in a nutritional or pharmacological intervention study.
