Group Cstat-iPEEP (Group C) :Group Cstat-iPEEP used iPEEP titrated based on optimal lung static compliance as a lung protective ventilation strategy during surgery.
Group PEEP 5 (Group PEEP 5) :After single lung ventilation, continue to use 5cmH2O PEEP for single lung ventilation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 ~ 60 2. ASA grade: I ~ III 3. Patients requiring one-lung ventilation for thoracoscopic lung tumor resection surgery 4. Expected duration of one-lung ventilation = 1h 5. At least 3 days of postoperative hospitalization 6. Have complete pulmonary function tests before surgery, and both MVV and FEV1 are greater than 70% 7. Voluntary participation in this trial and signed informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to PEEP: untreated pneumothorax, tension pneumothorax, bronchopleural fistula, high intracranial pressure, shock, etc. 2. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, GOLD class III-IV) 3. History of severe or uncontrolled bronchial asthma 4. Preoperative hemodynamic instability: cardiac insufficiency, cerebral insufficiency, etc. 5. Suspected intolerance to PEEP titration
