Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants underwent COVID-19 nucleic acid testing. Inclusion criteria were: (1) aged 18 years or older, (2) diagnosed with COVID-19 as either mild, moderate, severe, or critical according to the "Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Infection (Trial Version 10)" (3) for prospectively collected patient data, consented to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete medical records
