Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the criteria for obesity (BMI>28); 2) Patients who meet the indications for bariatric surgery and plan to receive surgery for the first time as planned; 3) Age 18-65, male or female; 4) Right-handed, Han nationality; 5) Informed consent of this research, voluntary cooperation with this research, can sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary obesity caused by other organic diseases or drug causes (such as hormone use, etc.); 2) Failure to undergo surgery as planned; 3) pregnancy or lactation; 4) Low cognitive ability and inability to cooperate with research; 5) Eating disorders; 6) Alcohol or drug dependence; 7) Patients with organic mental disorders, severe mental disorders (schizophrenia, etc.) or other serious mental diseases requiring clinical intervention; 8) All kinds of mental diseases were excluded in the healthy control group DSM-V; 9) MR Scanning contraindications (pacemaker, cochlear implant, metal foreign body, claustrophobia, weight exceeding the machine load limit, etc.); 10) History of organic diseases of the nervous system (brain tumor, epilepsy, cerebrovascular accident, history of severe head trauma, etc.); 11) History of inherent organic heart disease (myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc.); 12) Serious abnormal liver, kidney, lung, digestive function and endocrine and blood system diseases; 13) Active infections (fever, upper respiratory tract infection, acute gastroenteritis, etc.) within the last two weeks; 14) Use of drugs or psychotropic drugs affecting the nervous system within the past 6 months.
